Niam Nordic Fund IV acquired the shopping center Heron City in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm.
Johan Bergman, CEO of Niam, commented in the company press release: ”Heron City is an excellent complement to our retail portfolio of Swedish and Norwegian retail properties and represents the final investment in our fourth opportunistic fund, which is now fully invested. Niam Nordic V, which is currently being raised, has been open for investments since March and will have an investment capacity of approximately €2.5 billion.”
