AP4 has signed over half of Dombron to AMF; the deal included five properties in Västerås with 810 apartments for about 400 million by the AMF.
Mats Andersson, President AP4 Pension Fund, commented in the company press release, "we are pleased to have AMF as half owner of Dombron. Together we can develop a real estate company can benefit from the opportunity we both have that long-term investors."

Investing in an already established mortgage company with a structured and well-functioning organization suits us very well. Property management requires special, local expertise and Dombron have a top performing management and administration"
Dombron is one of the largest owners and managers of residential properties, with over 8000 apartments and student housing in Uppsala, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Halmstad. In the future, Dombrone aims to grow and develop residential and community buildings for elderly housing, as well as community housing, etc.
